Haverers H'Assemble

Radio Haver is looking to build a team of volunteers to take the station to the next level. Currently Haver is a one man and his dog operation behind the scenes. I would like to change that and to give opportunities for others to join in on the chaos and fun of running this crazy dream.

Volunteer Music Director

Location: Glasgow/UK based.

Are you an avid fan of the local music scene? Have an inside scoop on who is the next big thing? Love interacting with bands and singers?. Then we want you! Become Radio Haver's new volunteer Music Director and help mold the sound of the station. We need your help to find the future stars today and help us share their great art with the rest of the world. Who are we?. Radio Haver was set up by Drew Carson as a way to help promote local and international music that normally the audience would not get the chance to hear on commercial airwaves. The station is proud to host some of the most interesting and funny podcasts from the UK and beyond as well as some gripping audio dramas. We would also like to begin to highlight local attractions, good causes and human interest stories from our community and share those with a worldwide audience. Who are you?. If you are looking to join our (hopefully great) team, we hope that you are:. An enthusiastic team player who can work unsupervised when necessary. An inquisitive individual who is keen to learn more about the local music scene, our journey and our listeners - and how best to bring the sound of the city to the airwaves!. A passionate communicator who has great communication skills. What could you do? As our Music Director volunteer, we might ask you to:. Use your knowledge and expertise in the local music scene to help develop the sound and style of the station helping the station gain further reach and support. Create engaging playlists and possibly host your own show on the radio. Support local and international music acts. Write articles for the website about the new acts you discover and help promote the bands on social media or elsewhere. How do you start?. Email Drew at radiohaver@gmail.com.
